The Global Compensation Manager is responsible for oversight and management of the company's global compensation structure, processes, and policies in line with the overall philosophy. This involves reviewing and understanding the current and upcoming competitive markets for pay. In addition, the Global Compensation Manager plans, supports the implementation of new and revised compensation programs, policies and procedures to align with the company's goals and competitive practices. This position will have expert knowledge in broad-based compensation, sales compensation, job architecture, and knowledge/experience of the competitive landscape globally. Provide consultative skills to HR, engagement with business leaders, strong program and project management abilities, excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to be innovative and flexible; solve challenging problems; deliver strategic long-term solutions; build internal tools and resources; lead and coach individuals and project teams.
Education• Bachelor's Degree Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related disciplined. (Required) Experience
7+ years progressive compensation/total rewards experience
3+ years supporting compensation across multiple countries or regions
Demonstrated experience independently leading major compensation programs
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities• Strong verbal and communication skills High• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. High• Proficient in analytical skills. High• Knowledge of HR regulatory and statutory requirements in terms of compensation High• Ability to train others. High• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and organizational skills. In addition to your base compensation, you may be eligible for a bonus based on achievement of business and/or individual performance metrics (dependent on position).
