🚀 Your Responsibilities
Client Engagement:Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple clients, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer service that sets us apart.
Payroll Oversight:Lead the end-to-end payroll processes, ensuringtimelydata collection, processing, and distribution that align with ourhigh standardsof KPIs and SLAs.
Project Leadership:Spearhead client projects, consulting on process improvements andidentifyingrisks and opportunities to enhance service delivery.
Data Validation:Conduct thorough payroll data validations and reconciliation analyses to proactively identify and mitigate high-risk areas.
Tailored Solutions:Manage client-specific requirements, including payroll mapping and global cost tracking, ensuring seamless collaboration with payroll and third-party vendors.
Compliance Support:Assistclients withaccurateyear-end reporting, compensation summaries, and other compliance-related documentation, ensuring they stay ahead of the curve.
