Your Day to Day

As a Global Community & Corporate Responsibility Coordinator you would be working on:

• Arrange andfacilitatemonthlyHubleadercalls (with the goal of knowledge sharing, best practices, support on budget planning, coordination,logisticsand arrangements).

• Central support for Hub budget forecasting,partnering closely withFP&A, with collaboration from HR and Facilities onotheremployee‑experience needs to enableaccurateplanning, responsible spend, and an improved remote‑centric employee experience fortheGoTocommunity and Hubleaders.

• Conduct a monthly review of demographic data to ensure employees are aligned with theappropriateHubs;identifyopportunities to form new Hubs; recruit and onboard volunteerHubleaders; provide interim leadership and support for Hubs without a designated leader; and coordinate engagement activities, including occasional events

• AssistinmanagingGoTo’sinternal swagstore, including vendor coordination, inventory planning, budget oversight, ordering, and distribution to support employee engagement and key initiatives.

• SupportGoTo Gives philanthropy and volunteering effortsand Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)for GoTo by organizing internalprograms and events that drive employee engagement, employee retention - both in person and virtual.

• Assistand create communications assets and presentation material to share Community and Corporate Responsibility related news across internal and external communications channels and SharePoint.

• Support the Legal Team byconsolidatingGoTo’ssubpoena response process. You will collaborate with stakeholders across Security, Legal, and Product to effectively respond tosubpoenasrequests, which will be between 10-25% of the role.

• Able to manage simple budget tracking, can organize, plan, managelogisticsand handle budgets, P/Osand arrangements.

• You communicate effectively in English, writing and verbally, can interpret and explain policies to global stakeholders, and are comfortable partnering with leaders.

• Understand policies and explain to leaders around the world, comfortable pushingbackand alsopartnering to find alternative solutions.
