This role sits at the intersection of strategic public relations, content marketing, and social media management, requiring a storyteller who can translate complex technology into compelling narratives for international audiences.
Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Creation
• Develop high-impact English marketing collateral including blog posts, case studies, white papers, video scripts, infographics, website copy, and sales enablement materials. Transform technical innovations into accessible, market-ready messaging that resonates with diverse stakeholders.
Media Relations & Corporate Communications
• Craft and distribute English press releases and corporate communications materials. Cultivate and maintain relationships with international media outlets, proactively pitching stories and coordinating executive interviews. Leverage creative storytelling to position Hesai as an industry thought leader, tailoring messaging for specific audiences and market contexts.
Social Media & Digital Presence
• Own and execute Hesai's global social media strategy across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and emerging platforms. Partner with the Design Team to develop visually compelling content that builds brand equity and drives engagement with international audiences. Ensure consistent brand voice while adapting content for platform-specific dynamics and cultural nuances.

• Language Excellence: Native-level English proficiency (written and spoken) with exceptional command of tone, style, and cultural nuance
• Experience: 3+ years in PR, corporate communications, digital marketing, or integrated marketing roles—preferably within B2B tech, automotive, or deep-tech sectors
• Media Network: Established relationships with international technology, automotive, or business media outlets preferred
• Digital Savvy: Proven track record managing corporate social media accounts and executing data-driven digital campaigns
• Technical Fluency: Strong ability to analyze, synthesize, and communicate complex technical information with precision and clarity
• Project Management: Exceptional organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects under tight deadlines
