Job Description

WHY PATIENTS NEED YOU

This Commercial Project Lead, Global Commercial Volume Strategy leads the Global commercial workstream of the GH&B Health & Growth initiative: identifying where volume growth exists across GH&B’s global markets and building the global commercial strategy to capture it, product by product, market by market, so that manufacturing capacity translates into real, capturable demand rather than theoretical capacity.

WHAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE

This role owns the commercial workstream end to end: demand mapping, volume strategy, local-market partnership on pricing and contracting, and the KPI dashboard that tracks execution. On a compressed six-month timeline (August 2026–January 2027), the role calibrates commercial projections to manufacturing targets, helps build the unified business case, and embeds governance into IBP. The role partners as an equal with the Manufacturing Capacity & Plant Health Manufacturing Project Lead and reports to the Commercial Executive Co-Sponsor.

HOW YOU WILL ACHIEVE IT

  • Map market demand opportunities:Analyze country and regional markets to identify demand pull-through and contracting opportunities as well as volume growth potential by product.

  • Develop a global volume strategy:Build a commercial strategy targeting the right products in the right markets to drive the volume needed to reach full plant utilization at the in-scope sites.

  • Partner with local market teams:Work directly with local markets to establish pricing, contracting strategies, and customer-facing approaches that support volume growth.

  • Align with manufacturing targets:Keep commercial volume projections calibrated to the utilization targets from the Manufacturing Workstream; partner daily with the Manufacturing Capacity & Plant Health Project Lead.

  • Build the KPI performance dashboard:Design and launch the dashboard that monitors commercial execution and tracks volume impact on plant utilization; embed it into IBP and operating reviews.

  • Consolidate the business case:Bring the two workstreams together into one integrated, defensible business case for leadership and OP27.

  • Drive the delivery cadence:Keep the Commercial Workstream on its aggressive schedule and report progress into project governance. Key deliverables: Market Demand Assessment (Sept 2026), Global Commercial Volume Strategy (Oct–Nov 2026), Local Market Playbooks (Nov–Dec 2026), and KPI Performance Dashboard (Jan 2027).
