Job Title: Global Commercial Senior Business Analyst

Department: Global Commercial Operations

Location: Fareham, Hampshire and moving to Nursling, Southampton September 2026 (3 days per week in the office/ 2 work from home)

GLS: T04

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 – 4:30

– What to expect:

You will report to the Global Director of Price and Policy, the Global Commercial Senior Business Analyst will be expected to lead complex initiatives, shape solution designs and act as a key advisor to stakeholders across global commercial operations, Legal, Sales and Marketing teams.

You will influence at senior levels, collaborating with IT, Project Managers, Change Managers and global stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions that drive measurable business value.

You are responsible for representing the business in requirements gathering, design, development, testing and implementation activities for Conga CLM and other commercial capabilities as part of the Contract and Price maturity activity.

Discovery and Requirements

  • Lead discovery to elicit and validate complex business requirements across multiple global functions

  • Drive harmonization of business requirements and processes into unified global designs

  • Translate business needs into actionable solution designs, including process harmonization and optimization

  • Anticipate, challenge and shape requirements with a forward-looking, strategic perspective

  • Document “As-Is” and “To-Be” processes to guide solution design and change adoption

Design, Testing and Implementation

  • Partner with IT to ensure requirements are accurately reflected in solution design

  • Present recommendations considering User Experience (UX), accessibility and scalability

  • Own and execute UAT by creating test scripts, managing execution and tracking defects with IT

Training, Change and Adoption

  • Partner with change teams to design and deliver training materials and communications, ensuring clarity and adoption among global users (may be technology enabled)

  • Measure impact through project success criteria, KPIs and adoption metrics

  • Prepare documentation on all phases of processes and modification of existing systems and processes. Specifically, documentation should include policies, procedures, work instructions, and process flow maps at a minimum

  • Provides ongoing support and trouble-shooting of deployed capabilities and processes

Continuous Improvement

  • Keeps leadership well informed on a timely basis of progress, status, and concerns for each assignment

  • Effectively communicates ideas and information with peers, management, and customers

  • Drive data quality and compliance initiatives to ensure accuracy and regulatory adherence

  • Identify and deliver opportunities for process and capability optimization that maximize business value

  • Partner with IT to maximize functionality and value from commercial platforms

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant CLM and Pricing advancements and emerging best practices

  • Act as “super user” and advisor to process participants

About you:

We are looking for someone with:

  • + 3 years’ experience working as a Business Analyst and/or working with Conga in a commercial environment

  • Experience in functional business processes, functional requirements writing, test script and use case development and documentation
