ISS STOXX is growing! We are seeking for a Collections Team Lead to contribute to our expanding success – a self-motivated professional whose primary responsibility is to monitor, motivate, and train the team (to ensure that monthly goals are met). This position will also report/work directly with the Collections Head, under the Revenue Control Department.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Assist Collections Manager with setting clear goals and KPIs for the collection staff.
Coach, mentor, and motivate collections team members in Manila.
Ability to effectively teach strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
Oversee day-to-day team’s operation and performance, to include ensuring the process document is followed by the team and feedback is provided.
Ensure that client communications regarding outstanding debt are effective, clear, and consistent with company policy.
Delegate tasks & help Collections Manager with regular performance evaluation.
Assist with collections escalations on Global entities & communicate with clients, to ensure prompt resolution of client payment issues.
Monitor accounts for potential escalations and investigate historical data to support client communication.
Ability to handle sensitive issues with both internal and external customers.
Update account status records and collections efforts in NetSuite.
Partner with Billing, Cash App and Sales Teams to resolve client issues.
Assist Collections Manager with any other assigned ad hoc duties.
Qualifications
Training & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree graduate (preferably any Finance/Accounting related course).
Has at least 6 years of relevant B2B (Business-to-business) Collections Experience; knowledge in Skip Tracing is a plus.
With at least 3 years' leader ship or supervisory experience in handing a B2B (Business-to-business) Collections team.
Strong MS Office (especially in Excel) skills required
Knowledge in working with or using NetSuite, SAP and/or Salesforce.
Fluency in English is essential (able to communicate clearly and professionally verbally and in writing).
Extremely organized, detail -oriented with strong decision-making & conflict resolution skills.
Work Location & Schedule:
Amenable to work in Ayala Ave., Makati City on a permanent midshift schedule (3 PM- 12 AM, Manila Time)
Amenable to follow a hybrid work set-up (3x work onsite per week, Monday to Friday)
