The Position

The Opportunity

Working within a global environment, you will contribute to establishing robust processes, frameworks, and compliant execution standards from strategic planning through Phase I–III studies across the value chain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process & Framework Implementation: Help establish, refine, and embed industry-standard operational processes and frameworks that maintain continuous inspection readiness and regulatory compliance (including GCP, GVP, ISO and device regulations).
  • Digital Health & Device Execution: Support hands-on operational execution for medical device studies and digital health initiatives from Phase I through Phase III.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and participate in change management initiatives, bringing fresh perspectives and innovative approaches to clinical trial delivery.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner effectively with global study teams, internal quality experts, and external CRO/vendor partners to optimize workflow efficiency and data integrity.
  • Knowledge & Tech Adoption: Drive the adoption of modern technologies, AI-driven tools, and forward-thinking learning solutions to keep clinical operations at the leading edge.
  • Vendor & Quality Alignment: Support oversight of vendor activities and system standards (e.g., eCOA, IxRS) to ensure quality, risk-based compliance, and seamless trial delivery.

Who You Are

You are a proactive, detail-oriented clinical operations professional who brings practical experience in medical devices or digital health solutions. You thrive in cross-functional environments, enjoy building standardized processes, and are eager to contribute to innovative trial execution.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Domain & Operational Knowledge: Demonstrated hands-on experience in clinical trial operations (Phase I–III), with specific exposure to medical devices and/or digital health initiatives.
  • Compliance & Quality Focus: Comprehensive understanding of ICH, GCP, and device regulations, with experience contributing to process standardization and inspection readiness.
  • Process & Change Management: Proven ability to support process improvement, implement business frameworks, and adopt new technologies (such as AI or digital systems) within a clinical environment.
  • Collaborative Problem-Solving: Experience working cross-functionally and partnering effectively with external CROs or vendor teams with minimal guidance.
  • Adaptability & Drive: Strong self-prioritization skills, a learning mindset, and a passion for driving quality and efficiency in clinical delivery.
