Job Responsibilities:

• 
  Develop and implement VinFast’s global EV charging service strategy across international markets
• 
  Conduct research on market trends, legal frameworks, competitors, and advanced charging technologies
• 
  Establish and manage strategic partnerships to expand public charging networks globally
• 
  Oversee operations of charging infrastructure, ensuring performance and customer satisfaction
• 
  Manage collaborations (technology, service, home & public charging solutions) to enhance charging experience
• 
  Design and execute charging programs supporting sales, marketing, and aftersales
• 
  Coordinate cross-functionally to manage budgets, KPIs, and operational efficiency
• 
  Evaluate and improve service quality and customer experience across markets

Requirements

• 
  Bachelor’s degree or higher in Automotive, EV Technology, or related fields
• 
  Minimum 5 years of experience in EV charging, smart mobility, or related services
• 
  Strong understanding of EVs, battery systems, and charging technologies
• 
  In-depth knowledge of global charging networks, regulations, and ecosystem
• 
  Strong business analysis, planning, and multi-market operation skills
• 
  Proven ability to build partnerships and negotiate contracts
• 
  Leadership and project management capabilities
• 
  Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• 
  Passion for sustainability, EVs, and clean energy
