As Global Category Strategic Planner, you will play a central role in supporting the Fabric Care and Home Care category leadership teams. You will help drive strategic business development, business analysis, reporting, and PMO activities, while enabling innovation planning and execution on a global scale.

Where You’ll Make a Difference

Category project coordination & business analysis

• Lead data reporting for global category activities (project monitoring, sales and budget analysis, preparation of senior management meetings)

• Support and coordinate global communication (category calls, quarterly internal events)

• Facilitate cross-category information sharing and alignment between teams

• Support execution of category strategy

Strategic planning

• Support Category VPs across the full innovation planning process

• Ensure implementation of project management best practices

• Drive valuation processes for innovation projects in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders

Category governance

• Manage internal platforms for the global category network

• Organize core team meetings (agenda, minutes, follow-up actions)

• Facilitate category workshops

• Drive internal communication and knowledge sharing

What Makes You the Right Fit

• University degree required; Master’s degree preferred (Business, Marketing, or related fields)

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis, strategy, sales, or project management

• Strong interest in financial and data analysis

• Interest in working in a global, multicultural, and innovation-driven environment

• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to connect across functions, levels, and cultures

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (additional languages are a plus)

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; willingness to learn new tools
