Your Role:
At Siegfried we are currently looking for a Global Category Manager CapEx to join our indirect procurement team in our site based Zofingen.
Reporting to the Head of Global Indirect Procurement, your main responsibilities will be:
• Identify and execute global optimization projects for capital expenses (CapEx), following indirect procurement categories are mainly in scope Production Equipment, Construction, Facility Management and Laboratory.
• Responsible for the complete commercial procurement process for respective categories.
• Development and implementation of group-wide category strategies for our international sites.
• Develops a CapEx procurement community with regular exchange and best practice sharing.
• Drives the adoption of the sourcing tool in Coupa across the entire procurement community.
• Build productive relationships with key internal stakeholders to understand business needs and implement a multi-year plan to ensure optimal tendering of Siegfried’s spend.
Your Profile:
What are we looking for?
Language Skills Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Professional Experience Minimum 5 years of relevant procurement experience
Procurement Tools Experience with e-auctions
Communication Skills Strong communication and presentation skills
Educational Background Business Administration with strong technical acumen is preferred. (Engineering)
Project Management: Strong project management skills
Business Acumen: Demonstrated strength in critical thinking and experience in business case development
