Who are we looking for?

• Master’s degree in a relevant field with above-average academic results (HR, Psychology, Management etc.)
• 1–2 years of professional experience or relevant internships (ideally in the automotive industry)
• International experience through studies abroad or internships abroad
• Strong analytical skills and data-oriented mindset
• Interest in project management and HR IT tools
• Strong motivation, curiosity, and a drive for continuous development
• Entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on attitude
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Fluency in English
