As a Global Campaigns Demand Generation Experienced Professional, you will work closely with Commercial Enablement, Sales, Product Marketing, and Communications teams to design, plan, execute, and optimize demand generation campaigns aligned with the Cordant Solutions commercial strategy. You will leverage data, analytics, and marketing technologies to maximize campaign performance, improve conversion rates, and drive measurable business outcomes.

As a Global Campaigns Demand Generation Experienced Professional, you will be responsible for:

• Owning and leading demand generation campaign planning, execution, performance management, and reporting aligned with the Cordant Solutions commercial strategy.
• Demonstrating expertise in campaign architecture and deployment, including: Email marketing, Lead nurturing, Lead management processes, Social media marketing, Digital advertising & Marketing analytics
• Bringing campaign strategies to life through detailed planning and effective execution. Acting as an internal advisor on demand generation best practices, from lead generation and collection through reporting and performance analysis.
• Partnering proactively with Sales teams to optimize lead generation programs and maximize opportunity creation and conversion. Designing and executing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns that support strategic growth objectives.
• Collaborating with Key Account Managers to develop and execute targeted ABM initiatives. Monitoring campaign performance and recommending optimization opportunities to improve results.
• Working closely with Product Management, Sales, and Communications teams to leverage customer intelligence, content, and data insights to build impactful campaigns.
• Utilizing marketing automation, CRM systems, and Account-Based Marketing platforms to support campaign execution and performance tracking. Driving adoption and utilization of platforms such as 6sense and other demand generation tools when applicable.
• Identifying opportunities to improve and automate demand generation processes and systems. Collaborating with digital agencies and internal stakeholders to implement process improvements and marketing enhancements.

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or another relevant discipline from an accredited university or college.
• Bring significant experience in Digital Marketing and Demand Generation Marketing
• Demonstrate a proven track record of establishing strategic vision, developing execution plans, and successfully delivering results. Have proven experience in Demand Generation
• Demonstrate strong proficiency with: Marketing automation platform, CRM software & Account-Based Marketing (ABM) technologies
• Have experience with 6sense or similar ABM platforms (preferred). Possess strong analytical skills and the ability to make data‑driven decisions.
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of sales processes and commercial strategies. Have excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Be capable of managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Demonstrate strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Be adaptable, flexible, and comfortable working within changing business environments. Show a strong desire to learn and grow within the demand generation discipline. Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and execution rigor.
