Global CAM Manufacturing Lead

As our Global CAM Manufacturing Lead, you will define how CAM programming is done across CERATIZIT's manufacturing network. You will connect engineering, operations and IT, drive standardization and automation, and help build the next generation of digital manufacturing processes.

This is not just a CAM programming role. It is an opportunity to influence how manufacturing works across multiple locations worldwide.

What you'll be doing

Lead the global CAM vision

• Define and drive the global CAM strategy across our manufacturing sites
• Establish standards, governance and best practices
• Shape the future CAM landscape together with Engineering, Operations and IT

Drive digital manufacturing excellence

• Improve and automate CAM programming processes
• Define requirements for post-processors and machine simulation
• Support the evolution of our integrated NX CAM, Teamcenter and SAP environment
• Evaluate and introduce new technologies that create business value

Enable and connect people globally

• Manage global CAM templates, tooling libraries and standards
• Support, train and mentor CAM users around the world
• Create documentation and knowledge-sharing frameworks that scale

What we're looking for

You don't need to tick every box, but ideally you bring:

• Experience with Siemens NX CAM and Teamcenter
• Good understanding of CNC machining and machine controls
• Experience with post-processors and machine simulation
• A structured, analytical and solution-oriented mindset
• Strong communication skills and confidence working in international teams
• Excellent English skills and willingness to travel when needed

Bonus points for:

• Python, C# or Java knowledge
• Experience leading global initiatives or cross-functional projects
