We're looking for a well-organized professional to join our team and help coordinate business travel across the globe. If you have experience organizing business travel and enjoy finding practical solutions that help people travel smoothly, we'd love to hear from you.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Organize domestic and international business travel, including booking hotels, flights, trains, and rental cars. This role occasionally requires support outside standard working hours to assist teams based in North America.
  • Identify travel options that balance time, comfort, and cost.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for employees across all CD PROJEKT RED locations.
  • Record travel expenses and manage them in our internal systems.
  • Monitor invoice flow and ensure all documents are processed and filed accurately.
  • Collaborate with hotels and travel service providers to secure bookings.
  • Provide assistance during travel disruptions (such as cancelled flights, booking changes, or hotel issues). Some support may be required outside regular business hours, including evenings, nights, or weekends, depending on business needs.
  • Prepare reports on business travel costs.
  • Support the Events team in organizing logistics for group travel.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in organizing business trips.
  • Experience working as an airline ticketing agent or in a similar travel operations role is a plus.
  • Fluent English and Polish, both written and spoken.
  • Interest in business travel planning and logistics.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage tasks independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
  • Confidence in navigating travel-related challenges and working with multiple stakeholders to find effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel, with the ability to work confidently with spreadsheets and organize data effectively.
  • Experience using reservation systems and travel management software.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in administrative or office support roles (such as Office Administration, Executive Assistant, or similar positions) is welcome.
  • Familiarity with Jira.

Working mode

  • This is a full-time, office-first position based in our Warsaw office. Relocation is required.

Estimated pay range for this position: 9 000 – 12 400 PLN gross monthly. Final offers are dependent on job-related factors like experience and qualifications.
