The Global Business Systems Manager – Special Projects & Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) supports global initiatives that span business systems, operational readiness, and organizational change. This role is business-facing and project oriented, serving as a key liaison between Global Business Systems, business stakeholders, and functional partners. The position focuses on special project, M&A, Organic Growth and/or Real Estate relocations integration readiness, cross-functional project coordination, and enabling standardized, scalable business processes across the organization.
Education• High School (required) • Some College/Associate's Degree Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (preferred) Experience• 5+ years Experience working with enterprise business systems or technology-enabled business processes (required) and• 3+ years Cross-functional project, transformation, or M&A integration experience (required) and• 5+ years Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, customs brokerage, or supply chain environments (required) Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities• Cross-functional project and program coordination. High• Business systems and process understanding. High• Risk identification and issue management. Medium• Stakeholder communication and facilitation. High• Documentation, governance, and structured delivery. High• M&A integration and business readiness support. Medium Licenses and Certifications• - CCB-Certified Coding Specialist (preferred) • - DG (preferred)
In addition to your base compensation, you may be eligible for a bonus based on achievement of business and/or individual performance metrics (dependent on position).
