As a business product owner, you will work within an agile team, contributing to the creation and delivery of desirable, feasible, viable, and sustainable products and solutions that fulfill customer needs. This role requires close collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and user requirements throughout the product development lifecycle.

Vendor Fluency
B2B / External Mindset: Understands the high level of polish, security, and value required when building platforms for external customers vs. internal training.
Data & Architecture Thinking: Partners with IT architects to ensure seamless, scalable, and simple end-to-end learning data flows.
Agile Execution: Collaborates closely with Dev, UX, and QA teams to translate a broad business vision into crisp, actionable user stories.
Stakeholder Diplomacy: A master communicator who aligns senior leadership, business process owners, and diverse teams with clarity and empathy.
Continuous Improvement: Monitors support data, user feedback, and SLAs to ensure the platform constantly evolves post-launch.
Additional Tasks:
Experience: 3-5+ years as an Agile Product Owner or Product Manager.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field; Agile certifications (CSPO/PSPO) preferred.
Ecosystems: Strong grasp of learning ecosystems (LMS/LXP).
B2B / External Focus: Proven track record managing digital platforms for
external clients or commercial customers (not just internal HR training).
Business Acumen: Ability to build data-driven business cases, define KPIs, and ruthlessly prioritize backlogs based on ROI.
Technical Literacy: Comfortable partnering with IT architects on data flows, platform integrations, and system scalability.
Roche Culture Fit (We@RD): Demonstrates a mindset for radical simplification, data-driven experimentation, and leading without direct authority.
