CEVA France SASU is seeking a dedicated Global Business Process Excellence Specialist to join our dynamic Product Development and Innovation division. This role is pivotal within the Finished Vehicle Logistics segment of our Logistics strategic business unit, based at our CEVA FRANCE location.

As the Global Business Process Excellence Specialist, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of driving process optimisation initiatives on a global scale, ensuring that our business operations are both efficient and aligned with our strategic objectives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams within Product Development and Innovation to identify, design, and implement best practices that enhance operational performance, foster innovation, and support sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse and evaluate existing business processes across various regions and divisions to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Lead the development and deployment of standardised process frameworks to ensure consistency and excellence across global operations.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence among employees.
  • Work collaboratively with IT and digital teams to leverage technology solutions that support process automation and data-driven decision-making.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and prepare detailed reports to track the impact of process enhancements and provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Support change management initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and tools by stakeholders.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging methodologies in business process management to keep CEVA at the forefront of innovation.

Candidate Profile and Skills:

  • An experienced professional with a background in business process improvement, preferably within logistics, product development, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into effective business solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams and foster collaboration.
  • Proficiency in business process management tools and methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or BPMN is highly advantageous.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is a plus given the global nature of this role.
