Job Description

For our Global Headquarters in Milan, Amplifon is looking for a young talented person to join the AmplifonX Business Integration teamAs an intern, you will have the opportunity to support our global innovation activities across different initiatives, from earlystage exploration to crossfunctional collaboration and interactions with external innovation ecosystems.

Your main focus will be on Innovation Communication, helping create clear and consistent narratives for both internal audiences and customers. You will also support selected earlystage innovation projects and openinnovation activities. This is a unique opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic and innovative environment, contributing to strategic initiatives and crossfunctional projects that shape future solutions.

We consider interns as responsible team members who can have an impact starting from the day 1.

You’ll be in charge of:

  • Managing the Innovation Marketing Toolkit and supporting the creation of new marketing assets.
  • Supporting the development of the training program for the new app.
  • Keeping AmplifonX product user guides updated to new releases.
  • Supporting cross‑functional projects and open‑innovation activities (fairs and workshops).
  • Collaborating with other Amplifon teams to coordinate activities, gather feedback and ensure alignment.


You are the right person if you:

  • Have a background in Economics, Organizational Psychology, Marketing & Communication or similar.
  • Have planning skills and project management experience
  • Are result-oriented, agile and quick thinker
  • Have strong attention to detail and an analytical, structured mindset
  • Speak English fluently and would like to work with multicultural teams
  • Are passionate about innovation, technology and digital products
  • Have a entrepreneurial approach, “get things done” attitude
  • Feel comfortable working with content, presentations and structured communication
