Job Description

The Telco Ecosystem Partnerships team at Meta is seeking a Global Business Development Manager, Analytics to own the analytics relationship with senior executives at some of our most strategic mobile operator and device partners, and to run the global programs that our partner analytics function delivers against. and works across our partner teams in APAC, EMEA, and the Americas.

In this role, you will work with a global team of partner data scientists and with our product, engineering, marketing, and partnerships teams to turn data into decisions that our partners act on. You will own how we measure the value that partners get from our analytics, how our programs are goal-set and tracked across four regions, and how new AI-enabled ways of working get adopted by the team. You will have experience in partner or program management in a data-rich commercial environment, the ability to hold a credible conversation with a C-suite audience, and the judgment to prioritize across competing regional demands.

You will be responsible for the operating rhythm of a distributed analytics organisation, for the executive engagement programs that put our insights in front of the people who make partnership decisions, and for the go-to-market strategy of new analytics products with partners in your region. Working directly with partner executives across APAC, you will identify where our products fall short of what partners need, and your experience in the telecommunications industry combined with your analytical and commercial background will help you propose and champion the features and programs that close the gap—so both Meta and our partners get measurable value from the relationship.

Responsibilities

Build long lasting relationships and partnerships with Telecom Operators

  • Drive local execution of strategic initiatives across growth, revenue, insights and connectivity, spanning across the Meta family of Apps
  • Develop and deliver market insights on regional telecom and device ecosystem trends to inform partnership strategy and product priorities
  • Identify and monitor strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats relevant for Meta in the region
  • Influence and improve the Meta experience of users in your region by identifying product - market fit gaps
  • Explore, identify and evaluate strategic growth opportunities
  • Manage growth related partnerships
  • Be an advocate for people using Meta Family of Apps in the region

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in programme management, product management, product marketing, or partner-facing strategy

  • Strategy consulting experience, or equivalent in structured analytical problem-solving
  • Track record of building relationships with senior stakeholders across multiple geographies and time zones
  • Experience managing cross-regional programs with competing priorities, including defining scope, tracking milestones, and communicating status to stakeholders
  • Exceptional communication: can clarify and summarise complex analytics for a C-suite audience Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
  • Experience in connectivity, user growth, or strategic partnerships
  • APAC market experience
  • Fluency in the data science project lifecycle and analytics product development, without being the technical owner
  • Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
  • B.S., M.S., or M.B.A. in a quantitative field (or equivalent practical experience)
