As a Global Salesforce Business Analyst & Admin, your primary focus will be on enhancing and supporting Marketing & Data operations through the Salesforce Marketing & Data Cloud platforms. You will drive regional CRM initiatives and services process optimizations within Fresenius Kabi's global ecosystem, working collaboratively with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Service, IT, Commercial Excellence, and Digital Transformation teams.

Your role will involve delivering hands-on support to end users, with a strong emphasis on driving adoption and effectiveness of Marketing & Data Cloud. Creating and maintaining targeted training materials and conducting service-oriented training sessions will be essential to ensure all stakeholders can efficiently utilize the tools and processes in place.

Beyond day-to-day operational support, you will contribute to the global OneCRM initiative - focusing specifically on the harmonization of customer service and sales processes. You will support the design, configuration, and rollout of OneCRM functionality related to Marketing & Data Cloud. Your contributions will be key in establishing a consistent, high-performing service experience across all regions and business units.

Your responsibilities:

• Define and refine customer engagement processes; translate requirements into epics, features, and user stories.

• Configure and validate Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Data Cloud; collaborate with IT for scalable solution design.

• Support country workshops, localization, training, and hypercare to ensure adoption and measurable outcomes.

• Maintain high data quality and reporting foundations to support analytics and KPI tracking.

Your qualifications:

• University Degree in business administration, economics or similar

• At least 5 years in Life Sciences or similar regulated industry;

• At least 3 years as Salesforce Business Analyst/Admin.

• Salesforce Administrator certification required; Salesforce Business Analyst and Marketing Cloud and/or Data Cloud certifications highly preferred.

• Hands-on experience with Jira/Confluence; strong stakeholder and project management skills.

• Fluency in English required; other languages are a plus

• Willingness to travel internationally
