Your mission

Au sein de la BU Pharma et de la Franchise Oncologie, vous rejoignez l'équipe "Cell Therapy".

Your role within a pioneering company in full expansion

In the Pharma Business Unit & Oncology Franchise, you integrate the global cell therapy team, under the responsibility Global Head of Cell Therapy.

This team is responsible for a breakthrough therapy and the first allogenic T-cell immunotherapy targeted against EBV, for the treatment of rate type of lymphoma called EBV+ PTLD.

In this team, the global Brand Lead will be responsible of developing the global commercial strategy and ensure the implementation of the marketing strategy and related tactics. To reach your objectives, a strong cross functional work is necessary, both at internal level with the cell therapy Global Team (Medical affairs, market access, market intelligence, RWE, Regulatory & Supply) the local teams (country product managers & Business Unit directors) but also externally with our providers and KOL.

DETAILED MISSIONS

  • Define and lead the global brand strategy for the cell therapy across priority markets
  • Lead the development of the global integrated brand plan, co-constructed with brand team
  • Lead a cross-functional global brand team, aligning stakeholders across functions
  • Lead annual brand forecasting, budget and long-range planning processes
  • Set-up & coordinate congress activities as planned in global plan (marketing adboards, congresses, training)
  • Implement the commercial & marketing brand plan at global level
  • Work closely with market intelligence teams to gather relevant insights on our markets and monitor performance with related tools (forecasting, dashboard, KPI)
  • Interface between global and local marketing to optimize collaboration and ensure orchestration of global & local tactics in key countries to maximize customer centricity and optimize HCP journey
  • Implement best practices by pushing forward successful local initiatives to other countries and support their execution
  • Set-up Marketing advisory board to gather insights from physicians
  • Training: support the team for the update & implementation of the training elements for commercial forces
  • Be responsible if needed as a “case manager” to manage any request in the platform, from request to lot order

Who you are ?

Experience:

  • Extensive experience in marketing, ideally on a global and local level
  • In depth knowledge in defining and measuring KPIs for marketing tactics
  • Experience in leading cross-functional and cross-global & local teams
  • Creating, managing, implementing, and monitoring projects
  • Experience in a highly scientific area, preferably in hematology, oncology or rare disease
