Reporting to the Senior Director, Global Benefits, the Global Benefits Consultant provides administrative, transactional, and analytical support for Veralto’s international health and welfare, risk, retirement, and wellbeing benefits.

In this role, you will be a critical member of the Global Benefits team, partnering with operating companies, shared services, consultants, vendors, and other Centers of Excellence to support the ongoing delivery and continuous improvement of global benefits programs. You will have the opportunity to contribute to benefits strategy, harmonization, compliance, wellbeing initiatives, and program optimization across Veralto’s international organization.

This position is fully remote and requires candidates to be based in the Czech Republic.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

  • Collaborating on the development, deployment, and communication of employee benefits strategies and designs by providing operating company and country-level input.
  • Partnering with Shared Services on the administration and delivery of global benefits programs.
  • Supporting vendors with compliant benefits administration, including enrollment, data management, and communications.
  • Supporting global benefits harmonization, multinational pooling, and compliance initiatives by serving as an operating company/country subject matter expert.
  • Supporting regional and global wellbeing program design and development, including the expansion of the wellbeing champion network.
  • Partnering with consultants and other Centers of Excellence to support benefits benchmarking and analyze annual benefits renewal reporting.
  • Responding to benefits-related customer service inquiries, escalations, and appeals in a timely manner.
  • Monitoring regional legislation and regulatory developments that may affect benefits offerings and partnering with stakeholders to help ensure programs remain compliant with applicable laws, regulations, and policies.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • 5-7 years of experience in retirement and health benefits design and delivery; experience in large-market benefits consulting and/or benefits administration is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving experience, including the ability to analyze benefits data and reporting.
  • Demonstrated project management experience, preferably within a professional services, consulting, or global benefits environment.
  • Experience analyzing processes, identifying root causes, developing action plans, and implementing improvements in a benefits or related operational environment.
  • Experience handling confidential employee or benefits information and making decisions in accordance with applicable policies, regulations, and requirements.
