TxB Internal Tooling Platform Product Manager - VP - BLR

We are seeking an Associate – Product Manager based in Bangalore to drive execution of the TxB Internal Tooling Platform Strategy, focused on transforming operations tooling from fragmented, manual workflows into a unified, system-driven platform.

The role will lead product development across critical internal capabilities, with a focus on improving operational efficiency, reducing manual touchpoints, enhancing controls, and enabling scalable growth across onboarding, implementation, and servicing workflows. These capabilities are part of the broader platform vision to create a “single pane of glass” for Ops with guided workflows and exception-based processing.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute against the internal tooling product roadmap, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations.
  • Own the end-to-end product capability lifecycle — including discovery, requirements definition, prioritization, delivery, and iteration.
  • Translate complex operational processes and user pain points into scalable platform capabilities, workflows, business requirements and technology specifications to enable effective delivery across teams.
  • Define clear user journeys, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide design and engineering execution.
  • Drive process transformation and digitization across onboarding, servicing, and implementation use cases.
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, and cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive, high-quality user experience.
  • Coordinate development and testing activities to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of product features.
  • Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritization, ensuring alignment to roadmap and delivery timelines.
  • Leverage user behavior data, feedback, and operational insights to continuously refine and enhance capabilities.
  • Work with stakeholders to identify client and operational pain points, translating insights into prioritized product outcomes.
  • Manage cross-functional and technology dependencies, across Engineering, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Legal, to mitigate delivery risks and ensure alignment.
  • Build strong partnerships across Product, Engineering, Operations, and Control functions to drive execution and maintain delivery momentum.
  • Support roadmap prioritization and sequencing, aligned to strategic platform build-out and capacity constraints.
  • Develop and present clear, structured materials to communicate complex ideas, drive stakeholder alignment, and support decision-making.
  • Build and mentor a Bangalore-based product team (1–2 associates), fostering strong product execution discipline.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least 3years of experience in product management shipping products in an agile software development environment.
  • At least 3 years of experience in financial services, including payments, transaction banking, cash management, or treasury products.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technology specifications through creative problem solving to deliver impactful outcomes.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to align stakeholders across diverse teams.
  • Self-starter with the ability to operate independently in ambiguous contexts and collaborate with teams across time zones.
  • Ability to understand complex data models and perform data analysis to support data-informed decision making.
  • Proficiency in using product management tools e.g., Jira, Confluence
  • Mission driven: a strong believer in the team and mission.
  • Inclusive culture: considerate to cultural differences of the team and a diverse user base.
  • Forward thinking: anticipates organizational needs for efficiency; raises the bar on product operating cadence and quality.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Computer Science, or Engineering.
  • MBA or Master’s degree
  • Understanding of Cash Management & Payments operational needs for corporate clients
  • Strong quantitative background to support data-informed decision making (KPIs, analytics, experimentation, and business cases).
  • Collaborative, team-player attitude with the ability to navigate and influence the organization across product, engineering, operations, and risk partners.
