We are now hiring a Global Automation & Digital Cybersecurity Solutions Manager!
In this role, you will define and drive the global strategy, architecture, and standards for OT cybersecurity across our Automation & Digital (A&D) landscape. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a meaningful role with room to grow, within an area that is both strategic and increasingly important for Tetra Pak.
This is a senior, high-impact strategic role with global reach, where you act as a technical authority and trusted advisor across A&D regions. A key part of your success will be your ability to engage, align, and influence stakeholders across functions, and levels of seniority
The position is permanent and preferably based in Lund, Sweden, but other Tetra Pak locations in the European Time Zone could be considered. Some travel, approx. 10% is expected to support our global organisation.
You are an experienced senior professional with a strong strategic mindset and the ability to create momentum in complex, global environments. You combine big-picture thinking with a practical approach, and you build trust naturally across teams, functions, and stakeholders.
You bring the experience and confidence needed to move the cybersecurity agenda forward within Automation and Digital, and you are motivated by contributing to an efficient, high-quality, and future-focused automation organisation.
To succeed in this role, you have at least 10 years of proven experience within OT Cybersecurity, along with recognised expertise in automation and industrial OT, particularly within networks and hardware. Certification in IEC 62443 is considered an advantage. Experience of working in a global organisation is also highly valued.
Most likely, you have a relevant university degree. You enjoy staying close to external developments and bring a continuous focus on effective and efficient ways of working.
For this role, full professional fluency in English is required. Additional language skills are considered an advantage.
