· Plan, prepare, and conduct remote partner inspections in accordance with defined quality and audit standards (e.g., VDA 6.3, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001), including documentation of objective evidence.
· Perform document-based evaluations, deep-dive assessments, and remote factory tours covering:
· Manufacturing and process flows, Product quality and process stability
· EHS compliance, Workplace organization and 5S implementation
· Risk and maturity assessment, Ensure all required partner documentation (Quality, EHS, Cybersecurity, Social Responsibility, process documentation, and compliance records) is complete, reviewed, and compliant prior to approval.
· Lead inspection kick-off meetings with global partners, aligning scope, expectations, timelines, and responsibilities.
· Decide on inspection readiness and release partners only after all defined quality, compliance, and business requirements have been fulfilled.
· Support the qualification, monitoring, requalification, and governance of partners throughout their lifecycle.
· Track, validate, and monitor corrective actions with partners until effective and sustainable closure is achieved.
· Create and maintain inspection reports, management summaries, and performance reviews.
· Finalize inspection reports including findings, action plans, conclusions, and approvals, and communicate results professionally to internal and external stakeholders.
· Contribute to the continuous improvement of remote inspection methodologies, qualification processes, checklists, standards, and governance models.
· Ensure transparency, consistency, and compliance across all partner inspections activities globally.
