Global Audit Innovation: Federated Innovation Team
The Engagement & Proposal Innovation Team is part of the overall KGSG Audit Innovation team that also is responsible for our overarching Audit Vision and Simulations as well as the global innovation pipeline, intake and federated innovation programs.
The team’s objective is to increase KPMG’s win and retention rates through a differentiated use of our audit technology suite and new Innovations. We leverage technology to demonstrate the value of a modern, innovative, and differentiating KPMG audit to our clients. We work closely with our global network of innovation leaders to empower global lead partners and their engagement and pursuit teams around the world to win audit clients and to drive and effective and efficient adoption of our KPMG (Digital) Audit strategy, approach and story.
We have achieved a win-rate of approximately 50% across nearly 300 proposals in the last four years and are expanding our collaboration with top-tier current engagements representing more than USD 250m annual revenue to deliver our technology and increase retention rates.
We leverage our KPMG Digital Audit framework, centred on our integrated KPMG Clara ecosystem. Our story focuses on how KPMG Clara empowers our people to deliver the most effective and quality driven audit, and how the different pillars of the KPMG Clara (group) audit workflow, client collaboration, digital risk assessment and analytics & automation & AU, are connected into ONE integrated global platform.
