This role is focused on ensuring smooth and well-coordinated relocation processes for our assignees. You will succeed by being engaged, structured, and service minded, while delivering a professional, personal, and supportive experience throughout the entire relocation journey.
Job Responsibilities
• End to end responsibility for managing the relocation process for our clients, from start to finish
• Hosting initial orientation calls and ensuring ongoing follow up and communication throughout the relocation process
• Managing a wide range of relocation related needs in line with client policies, including travel and accommodation bookings, and acting as the primary point of contact for the assignee
• Ensuring database accuracy and clear, effective communication with clients, vendors, and internal colleagues
• Reviewing, approving, and following up on invoices to ensure accurate and up to date cost control for both the client and the company
• Demonstrating empathy and understanding toward assignees, while remaining proactive and responsive in time sensitive situations
Qualifications and Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of direct relocation experience, or 3 years of relevant customer service experience
• Knowledge of global mobility, international assignments, or relocation operations is an advantage
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Strong PC proficiency and the ability to learn and work with multiple systems
• Multilingual skills are highly preferred
• Required language skills:
• English at B2 or C1 level
• Norwegian at B1 or B2 level
Education
• College or university degree is preferred
