Drive the future of pharmaceutical artwork at a global scale. In this highly visible leadership role, you will define and lead the strategy for artwork systems, innovation, and supplier management—acting as the global owner of critical artwork systems and ensuring their stability, compliance, and continuous evolution. Working in a complex, cross-functional environment, you will connect business, technology, and external partners to enable reliable, efficient and forward-looking artwork operations that ultimately protect product quality and patient safety.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute global strategy for artwork systems, innovation, and supplier management
Act as global business owner of critical artwork systems, ensuring stability, compliance, and performance
Lead governance and relationship management with global artwork suppliers and key stakeholders
Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and commercial requirements across artwork processes
Drive alignment and standardization of global artwork processes and supplier services
Oversee end-to-end lifecycle management of artwork systems and related business applications
Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance artwork operations, systems, and service models
Manage change portfolio for artwork systems, including prioritization, approvals, and implementation
Monitor service performance through key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement
Act as escalation point for artwork system, process, and supplier-related issues
Essential Requirements
University Degree in Information technology, business, quality, compliance, regulatory or supply chain
Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are considered an advantage
Proven experience in regulatory labelling or artwork management within the pharmaceutical industry
Strong expertise in regulatory requirements and best practices for pharmaceutical packaging artwork
Demonstrated experience in supplier relationship management, strategic planning, and global project delivery
Experience working in complex matrix environments across global organizations
Cross-functional collaboration experience across areas such as Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, and Marketing
