From executing scaled sales and service delivery programs to ensuring our customers have best-in-class tools and products at their fingertips, our SMB team combines operational expertise and sales acumen with a customer-centric mindset to help businesses achieve their marketing goals on TikTok.
Responsibilities
- Identify product opportunities catering to the needs of both large and small agencies, and translate them into actionable product requirements for internal and external product platforms.
- Support the development and iteration of the Agency Portal, enabling scalable agency onboarding and driving growth for both new and existing revenue.
- Own and streamline the agency product inbound process, collecting and structuring requests from Sales, Marketing, and regional teams.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and Operations teams to drive end-to-end execution and resolve bottlenecks in agency workflows.
- Track key metrics to measure product adoption, operational efficiency, and overall business impact.
