As Global Advice Manager, your role is central to the development and success of Hoxton Wealth's Advisors. You will collaborate with other managers to provide the structure, training, and support needed to help these advisors succeed while contributing to the overall strength and efficiency of the advice units. By empowering Advisors, you will play a vital role in building the foundation for Hoxton Wealths future growth and client service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advisor Development:
  
  Deliver structured training, mentorship, and ongoing support for Advisors, guiding them toward professional growth and independent advisory roles.
• Collaboration with Leadership:
  
  Work alongside other managers and the leadership team to align strategies, ensure consistency across advice units, and drive continuous improvement.
• Onboarding and Integration:
  
  Support the smooth onboarding of new Advisors, helping them adapt quickly to Hoxton Wealths processes, culture, and expectations.
• Performance Management:
  
  Monitor the progress and performance of Advisors, providing regular feedback, setting clear goals, and addressing development areas to ensure they meet and exceed expectations.
• Process and Workflow Optimization:
  
  Collaborate with managers to refine workflows and develop scalable processes that enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the advice units.
• Team Building and Engagement:
  
  Foster a collaborative and supportive team culture that encourages continuous learning, accountability, and high standards of professionalism.
• Client Service Excellence:
  
  Ensure Advisors are equipped to deliver consistent, high-quality advice and service to clients, upholding Hoxton Wealths reputation for excellence.
  

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in developing and mentoring junior professionals, ideally within financial services or a similar industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire, guide, and collaborate effectively with advisors and managers.
• Familiarity with structured training programs and development pathways.
• Knowledge of financial planning processes, standards, and regulations in key jurisdictions.
• A passion for building talent and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and client service excellence.
