Global Account Specialist is positioned at the interface between MPS sales teams and the internal functional teams to prioritize customer needs / product lines needs and to make sales / product lines successful.
Responsible for the coordination, implementation, execution, and completion of critical projects/global accounts that improve operating efficiency and support continued business growth in MPS product lines.
Working closely with multiple departments, including but not limit sales, marketing, product lines/business unit, product engineering, application engineering and production planning, to facilitate project team across meetings and proactively manage critical issues and interdependencies. Catalyze interdepartmental cooperation and high levels of teamwork required to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Build a positive relationship with all related supporting groups to archive project plan and customer satisfaction.
2. Lead cross-functional teams to deploy the related activities. Ensure the project executes smoothly.
3. Acts as the coordinator from sales operation team. Report barriers clearly and concisely to implement management instructions. Drive and focus the team on the execution of the Project Plan. Work efficiently and effectively with all related supporting groups.
4. Perform Project Management function of supply portion. Cooperate with sales offices, product lines and related production groups to generate the Action Item Lists, organize the meetings, set up the Timelines, Delivery performance etc. to manage the teams through execution of the Project Plan.
5. Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
6. Participate in trainings, actively reporting and timely escalation.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. A successful candidate must be able to take initiatives by themselves, set priorities on their own, and be an excellent team player.
2. Fluent in English speaking, writing, reading and listening,Chinese language skills preferred
3. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
4. Customer-oriented and strong sense of urgency and commitments
5. Strong analytical skills
6. Solid organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and multi-task
7. Strong problem solving & resolution skills
8. Ability to influence across multiple functional teams
