Job Description

Job Purpose

The Global Account Manager (Boston) owns and grows Gresham’s largest and most strategic client relationships across the region, acting as the primary commercial point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise accounts spanning banks, investment managers and other financial institutions, across the full range of Gresham’s offerings.

This role directly protects and expands Gresham’s recurring revenue base, ensuring clients renew with confidence, adopt new functionality, and see Gresham as a long-term strategic partner rather than a vendor — working hand in hand with Product, Professional Services and Customer Success to do it.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end commercial relationship for a portfolio of enterprise accounts spanning Gresham’s products and services, acting as the trusted senior point of contact for renewals, expansion and escalation.
  • Build and execute account growth plans that identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across Gresham’s full range of offerings, in partnership with Product and Sales.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and manage the renewal cycle for the full portfolio, protecting and growing recurring revenue and minimising churn risk.
  • Partner closely with Customer Success and Professional Services to ensure clients are adopting product functionality and realising measurable value from their Gresham investment.
  • Act as the client’s internal advocate, feeding market and account intelligence back into Product and Leadership to help shape roadmap and go-to-market priorities.
  • Maintain accurate account plans, pipeline and forecast data, providing regular reporting on portfolio health directly to the CEO.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in a Global Account Manager, Key Account Manager or senior Client Relationship role, ideally managing enterprise accounts within financial services or fintech.
  • Track record of owning commercial relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders at banks, investment managers or corporates.
  • Demonstrated ability to grow and retain a multi-account portfolio, including managing renewals, negotiations and expansion opportunities.
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills, with confidence presenting account plans, forecasts and portfolio health directly to senior leadership.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across client organisations and internally across Product, Customer Success and Professional Services.

Desirable Skills

  • Prior experience with enterprise data management, data automation, reconciliation or capital markets data platforms.
  • Familiarity with Gresham’s offerings, or comparable enterprise data management and reconciliation products.
  • Experience working with clients and colleagues across multiple time zones.
  • CRM proficiency (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) for pipeline, forecasting and account planning.
