GLFE Product Management - Sales
Why Join
As a key member of our GLFE Product Management team, you'll play a crucial role in driving sales growth and revenue for our bank. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies that meet the evolving needs of our customers. How you succeed
To succeed in this role, you'll need to develop a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences. You'll work closely with our sales teams to identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products, and develop targeted sales campaigns to drive revenue growth. You'll also need to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure our products remain competitive.
What you do
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth for our GLFE products
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development
- Analyze customer data and market trends to identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products
- Develop targeted sales campaigns to drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with sales teams to provide product training and support
- Monitor and report on sales performance and provide insights to inform future sales strategies
Who you are
- A degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or finance
- At least 3 years of experience in sales or product management, preferably in the banking industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- A strong understanding of the banking industry and our products and services
- A results-driven approach, with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
