About the Role
As a Glazier with O’Brien, you’ll be responsible for:
On‑site glass installation, fixing, and glazing across commercial and residentialprojects – both new builds and replacements
Delivering high‑quality workmanship while working as part of a supportive, growing team
Providing exceptional customer service and representing the O’Brien brand with pride
Working flexible rosters, including the option of a 4‑day week (10‑hour days)
Accessing overtime, shift penalties, and incentives
About You
You’ll be a great fit for this role if you have:
Certificate III in Glass and Glazing(or equivalent trade qualification)
A current driver’s licence
Strong working knowledge of Australian Standards AS1288and relevant local glazing/construction regulations
A commitment to safety, quality, and delivering an excellent customer experience
A friendly, approachable communication style
Great attention to detail, strong time‑management, and the ability to adapt in a changing environment
