1. Perform inspection and verification of the Inspection Machine to ensure it accurately detects defective products as required.
2. Perform repair and maintenance of all end-of-line machinery and equipment.

1. Perform maintenance on machinery including Coating Spray, Line Conveyor, Inspection Machine, Palletizer, and Shrink Machine according to the scheduled maintenance plan.
2.Inspect the condition of all end-of-line equipment based on the department’s check sheet (Day Shift), and verify the functionality of the Inspection Machine, adjusting it to accurately detect defective products (Shift Work).
3. Check and ensure that spare parts for machinery are available and ready for use at all times.
4. Adjust machine parameters to ensure proper operation according to production requirements.
5.Prepare and submit performance and efficiency reports of machinery to the supervisor.
6. Participate in activities related to ISO systems, as well as GHPs (Good Hygiene Practices) and HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points).
7. Identify and correct unsafe conditions or behaviors in the workplace, and take appropriate corrective actions.
