1. Inspect product quality and sort out non-conforming items during production.
2. Re-package and resort non-conforming products to meet quality standards.
3. Perform tasks assigned by the Glass Inspection Supervisor to achieve the department's objectives and goals.1. Inspect and sort out bottles that do not meet specifications from the production process.
2. Inspect packaging before delivery to customers to ensure it is in perfect condition and builds customer confidence.
3. Prepare necessary packaging materials for bottle packing, such as paper trays, straps, and shrink plastic bags, ensuring sufficient supply for use.
4.Control the issuance of Pallet IDs to match the production lot accurately, and attach quality approval labels to packaging for products that meet specifications.
5.Identify unsafe conditions and actions within the factory, take corrective actions, and report to the supervisor.
6. Perform other related duties as assigned
