  • Prepare and provide tax compliance data (e.g., VAT and Corporate Income Tax support files) to tax advisor; coordinate questions and validate draft returns prior to filing (submission performed by tax advisor)
  • Maintain statutory accounting positions documentation (Dutch GAAP/RJ), including key estimates and judgments

  • Deliver accurate and timely input for management reports and financial analyses
  • Support process improvements across finance and payroll administration to strengthen efficiency, accuracy, and control

Education

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with general ledger management, period-end close, and financial reconciliations
  • Familiarity with external audit processes and working with auditors and advisors
  • Working knowledge of Dutch tax and payroll-related compliance, including wage tax, social security, and VAT
  • Experience supporting Dutch statutory filing processes and periodic CBS reporting
  • Experience in preparing management reports, financial analyses, and stakeholder support
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably IFS
  • Fluent Dutch (spoken and written) and professional working proficiency in English
  • Proactive, structured, analytical, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team

Preferred

  • Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Experience with payroll accounting, including journal entries, reconciliations, and coordination with HR or payroll providers
