responsabilidades

The Revenue Recognition Specialist (m/f/d) is part of a team responsible for providing high quality accounting service in the General Ledger for global internal company clients.

• analyse financial data to ensure accurate revenue recognition according to Bruker corporate policies
• perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing activities
• examine documentation supporting revenue recognition in terms of compliance with US GAAP and internal guidelines (RRC)
• monitor and analyse revenue streams to identify trends and variances
• monthly Reporting to Corporate
• perform Balance sheet account reconciliations and SOX controls
• support audits and other business queries.
• perform Other Duties As Required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance/ ACCA
• Minimum 2 years of General Ledger/ AR work experience involving US GAAP revenue recognition
• Communicate effectively and professionally in English (written and oral), other foreign language would be an asset (preferably French/Italian)
• Advanced computer proficiency with SAP ERP or Microsoft Dynamics Navision and MS Office Suite including Excel expertise
• Demonstrated ability to work on and own initiatives while also collaborating within a team
• Assess situations to determine the importance, urgency, and risks, then make clear and timely decisions
• Proactive with the ability to manage time-dependent critical processes
• Strong understanding of controls required within an accounting organization.
• Operates with a high standard of ethics, integrity, and professionalism.
