Responsabilidades Principales
Apoyar en el proceso de cierre contable mensual, incluyendo la recopilación, validación y registro de información financiera.
Preparar reconciliaciones de cuentas y dar seguimiento a partidas abiertas.
Participar en la preparación de reportes financieros locales y globales.
Realizar análisis básicos de variaciones en estados de resultados y balances.
Cargar información en sistemas financieros (SAP, Oracle, o ERP equivalente).
Apoyar en iniciativas de automatización, estandarización y mejora continua dentro del proceso R2R.
Mantener documentación actualizada de procesos, manuales y controles internos.
Colaborar con equipos globales de Finanzas, Auditoría, Procurement, Accounts Payable y otros departamentos según sea necesario.
Asegurar cumplimiento con políticas corporativas, controles SOX y lineamientos contables.
