Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Perform month‑end closing activities, including general ledger analysis, balance sheet reconciliations, and preparation of SOX control documentation.
• Prepare and post standard, recurring, and ad‑hoc journal entries while ensuring timely and accurate related account reconciliations.
• Review FI invoice accruals, process local tax provisions, and ensure the financial ledger is closed accurately each period.
• Conduct variance analysis, review cost center expenses, and support the transfer and reconciliation of GL data for consolidation.
• Monitor performance metrics, ensure appropriate controls at each step, and identify opportunities to enhance accounting processes.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors, providing necessary support and documentation.
• Maintain day‑to‑day operational tasks while supporting overall team operations and service delivery.
• Contribute to achieving KPIs related to accuracy, timeliness, and process compliance, escalating issues proactively to leadership as needed.
• Lead by example by following established processes and standards while maintaining a positive, solution‑oriented mindset and performing other duties as assigned.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• CA Inter/CMA /ACCA with 2–5 years of relevant experience in accounting or related functions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Solid working knowledge of general accounting procedures and GAAP.
• Good understanding of end‑to‑end accounting processes and controls.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong skills in Excel.
• Experience with ERP platforms, preferably SAP ECC.
• Ability to deliver accurate work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Demonstrates a team‑oriented, can‑do mindset and is flexible to work in APAC/EMEA time zones.
