Ensuring proper site E&C plan and arrange proper resources on site to secure site activity of the project with a strong focus on Safety and Quality
Planning:
· Plan new project site E&C whole process (from project kickoff to site return), meeting with TPM to make a checklist and schedule. Issue product and project specific Method Statement and procedures for site works, optimizing site installation processes
· Evaluate and decide on appropriate SPV adaptation projects
· Coordinate with HV & LV design, focus on project’s special & difficult point, make a site plan & meeting with SPV, collect all drawings and documents for project.
· Site actual projects progress follow & support; give out right tools plan for project
· Coordinate with all the parties, including TPM, Region, customers etc. for implementing site E&C on time, safely and successfully
· Work with TPM, guide and control efficient site work to complete E&C job within the cost budget
EHS & Quality:
· Manage and monitor site supervisor performance as EHS rule
· Push and follow SV make EHS Stop work/Genba walk report; Make EHS plan; assist other EHS affairs
· Attend Design review meeting with related functions, follow important/ special case
· Return site ROE timely
· Support Supervisors with technical questions/troubleshooting concerning primary assembly, LCC and HV testing
· Handling of problems during the E&C work on site (follow and treat NCP)
· Creation of test protocols and verification of reported results
· Handling of warranty cases, identification and engineering of spare and missing material
· Process improvement of technical related topics (assembly, measurement, verification, …)
· On request: worldwide on-site support and supervision
· Assume site tools/equipment/test devices assessment / maintain / develop decision
· On request: Provide technical explains to customer; leading customer training
Qualifications Required:
· Power grid, mechanical, electric control, Mechanical-electric integrative device, college or above.
· 5+ years experience in the GIS/AIS site service
· issue product and project specific Method Statement and procedures for site works, optimizing tools and site installation processes
