A Snapshot of Your Day
The GIS I&C Site Quality Manager is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction throughout project execution. Performance shall be measured through key quality indicators covering project quality, testing and commissioning excellence, QHSE compliance, digital quality management, customer satisfaction, project performance, and capability development. These KPI themes align with internal GIS quality management, NCR reduction, digital quality tracking, work traceability, and competency development practices.
How You'll Make an Impact
• Under Quality Performance, the Site Quality Manager shall monitor the number of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) per project, conduct regular NCR reviews to identify root causes and preventive actions, ensure a high level of First Time Right (FTR) execution, and minimize rework hours as a percentage of total project hours.
• For Testing and Commissioning Quality, the focus shall be on full compliance with approved test procedures, maintaining accurate and complete documentation, ensuring completion of all quality checklists, and achieving timely closure of punch points before Site Acceptance Testing (SAT).
• Within QHSE Compliance, the manager shall ensure successful completion of quality audits, eliminate critical quality deviations, and drive effective implementation of lessons learned from previous projects and NCR trends.
• As part of Digital Quality Management, the manager shall ensure timely upload of digital quality records, maintain complete photo and test record traceability, and provide accurate quality dashboard reporting within agreed timelines. Digital quality tracking and centralized data management are key enablers for quality assurance and continuous improvement.
• For Customer Satisfaction, emphasis shall be placed on minimizing customer quality complaints and achieving high Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores through consistent quality execution, proactive communication, and reliable project delivery. The objective is to strengthen customer confidence and enhance service excellence.
• Under Project Performance, the manager shall minimize quality-related project delays and ensure successful completion of Site Acceptance Testing at the first attempt, thereby reducing rework, improving project efficiency, and supporting schedule adherence.
• For People and Capability Development, the Site Quality Manager shall conduct regular site quality coaching sessions, ensure comprehensive quality training coverage for engineers, and drive timely closure of lessons learned actions. These activities support competency development, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement across the GIS I&C organization.
