Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement GIS solutions using Esri and related technologies
  • Administer Enterprise ArcGIS environments, including architecture and deployment
  • Perform coding and scripting (Python, JavaScript) for GIS applications
  • Develop ETL workflows using FME and other Esri solutions
  • Conduct testing, debugging, and ongoing support/maintenance
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver efficient GIS initiatives
  • Maintain documentation aligned with corporate standards
  • Ensure compliance with safety, governance, and company policies

Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualification in GIS, Remote Sensing, Geomatics, Surveying, or Applied Geography
  • Strong experience in ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Server, and Portal for ArcGIS
  • Proficiency in FME, Esri JavaScript API 4.x, and VertiGIS Studio products
  • Programming skills in Python and JavaScript
  • Experience in developing GIS solutions and enterprise deployments
  • Knowledge of DevOps principles and Agile methodologies
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with a proactive approach
  • Experience with Geocortex / VertiGIS Studio
  • Familiarity with OpenLayers, CSS, HTML5, XML, JSON, and SQL

Working Arrangement

  • Must be amenable to working in an office-based setup
