San Francisco University High School (UHS) is seeking enthusiastic, dedicated, and passionate Assistant Coaches to join our dynamic athletics department. We're looking for motivated and knowledgeable Assistant Coaches to support our second-year Girls Flag Football program, which now proudly competes in the Marin County Athletic League (MCAL). These seasonal, part-time roles span from summer assessments through the fall season (August–November).
As an Assistant Coach, you'll play an essential role in player development, cultivating a positive team culture, and ensuring smooth daily program operations under the guidance of our Program Director and Varsity Head Coach. We're seeking candidates with a strong understanding of the game, a commitment to educational athletics, and a passion for supporting student-athletes in their growth both on and off the field.
Requirements
This is a seasonal, part-time position with a pay range of $5,000 – $10,000, commensurate with experience and team assignment. This compensation includes responsibilities during the summer assessment period and the fall competitive season.
