Looking for a fun, guest-focused role in one of North Georgia’s most beautiful destinations? Join the team at Unicoi State Park & Lodge as a Gift Shop Attendant and help create memorable experiences for guests visiting our lodge and park.

From welcoming travelers and assisting shoppers to sharing local recommendations and keeping the shop beautifully stocked, this role is perfect for someone who enjoys hospitality, teamwork, and creating a warm, inviting atmosphere.

What You’ll Do

• Greet guests with a friendly, upbeat attitude and provide outstanding customer service
• Assist guests with merchandise selections, questions, and recommendations
• Operate the register and accurately handle cash, credit card, and room charge transactions
• Maintain knowledge of products, souvenirs, apparel, snacks, and specialty merchandise
• Help guests with directions, lodge information, local attractions, and park activities
• Restock shelves and displays to keep the shop organized, clean, and visually appealing
• Assist with receiving, pricing, and organizing incoming merchandise
• Maintain cleanliness of the sales floor, stock areas, and displays
• Follow opening and closing procedures and balance register transactions accurately
• Stay informed on Lodge events, activities, and daily operations to better assist guests
