The Gift Implementation team drives thetimely,strategicand compliant implementation of philanthropically funded initiatives by recipient areas to increase donor confidence and repeat giving.

The Gift Implementation Officer willassistthe Gift Implementation Manager in all gift implementation activities (gift feasibility analysis, supporting gift acceptance and processing, gift establishment and delivery, gift implementation advisory, capability development). The role drives the efficient andtimelyadministration of gifts and implementation by recipient areas.

will work closely with Development Officers to gather and formally document background knowledge on new significant and other strategic gifts tofacilitatecompliant andtimelygift implementation via recipient areas
will support the Gift Implementation Team in providing input into the feasibility of potential gift opportunities to ensure that they are deliverable and align with the University's gift acceptance policy
isaccurate, has exceptional attention to detail and is highly organised. Has planning, analysis and communication skills together with the ability to work according to strict deadlines and manage competing priorities
has excellent administrative skills, coupled with a general understanding of the project life cycle, project documentation, projectstandardsand methodologies.
