ABOUT THE ROLE
Ready to own a high-impact growth channel? As our Gift Card Lead, you’ll shape how customers connect with our brand - driving a global gift card program that fuels revenue, expands reach and delivers a seamless experience end-to-end. Sitting within Commercial & Marketplace, this role is all about unlocking revenue and customer acquisition opportunities by creating a seamless, on-brand experience across every touchpoint.
You’ll connect product, partnerships and operations, balancing big-picture thinking with hands-on execution to ensure the program is simple, scalable and set up for growth. Working cross-functionally, you’ll continuously evolve how we show up for customers and partners, while identifying new opportunities to expand reach and commercial impact.
This is a 12 month maternity leave contract, part time opportunity (3 days per week).
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• Proven experience in commercial, product or program roles
• Strong track record of driving revenue growth and managing performance targets
• Experience working with third-party partners, distributors or marketplace channels
• Ability to manage end-to-end programs, balancing strategy with operational delivery
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across Finance, IT, Legal, Marketing and Retail teams
• Experience in retail, eCommerce or financial services environments (preferred)
• Exposure to gift card or stored-value platforms (e.g. Blackhawk, InComm, Prezzee) is a bonus
• Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and customer experience
