The IU Foundation is seeking applicants for a Gift Agreement & Account Support Operations Specialist position to own the full lifecycle of foundation accounts. In this role, you will ensure every account accurately reflects donor intent, compliance requirements, and institutional standards from opening through closure. Your work sits at the intersection of data integrity, systems governance, and cross-functional coordination, and it directly supports the foundation's ability to steward philanthropic resources with precision and accountability.
Day-to-day, you will translate gift agreement language into accurate account structures, manage activations and closures, and serve as the control point between Revenue Operations and the gift posting process. You will administer the team's incoming work queue, triage and assign requests, and track trends to stay ahead of bottlenecks. Partnering with campus fiscal officers, development staff, and Revenue Operations, you will resolve discrepancies, maintain documentation standards, and drive process improvements across the team. This is a hybrid role based in Bloomington, Indiana, with an in-office schedule of Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and remote flexibility on Tuesday and Thursday. The hiring range for this position is $53,000 to $57,000 annually.
