
Giant Center is a 10,500-seat multi-purpose arena, and hosts an impressive line-up of star-studded performances and events. Action-packed Hershey Bears hockey games, thrilling live entertainment, and one-of-a-kind events are a day in the life of our Hersheypark Entertainment Complex team members at Hersheypark, Giant Center, Hersheypark Stadium, or Hershey Theatre.
The Merch Seller will be assigned to and responsible for a point of sale in the GIANT Center where artist merchandise is sold.

Job Duties (Duties marked with an asterisk are essential functions of this job):
Assist with preparation of the stand display(s) as needed before the event begins so that fans can view what is for sale*
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the stand throughout the duration of the event*
Ensure an excellent experience for each fan by providing prompt and thorough customer service*
Handle guest credit/debit cards and other applicable transactions properly*
Assist fans with their purchases by sharing merchandise information such as pricing and sizing*
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old
Completion of High School or GED
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to work in a fast-paced, often loud, but exciting environment
Must have attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
Strong organizational skills for maintaining merchandise displays
Ability to work collaboratively within a team
Job Demands:
Ability to work up to 12 hours per shift - this is an option, but will not be required
Must be able to stand for extended periods
Physical capability to lift up to 30 lbs using safe lifting practices
